Embrace your potential

Picture this:

Imagine a world where you embrace your ADHD brain with kindness and compassion

That you learn to focus on your strengths, not your weaknesses

You understand how to harness your ADHD to help you thrive at work

You and your family are happy, content and have clear communication

You have a toolkit of coping strategies to help you feel more confident and in control at work and home

With a blend of personal and professional expertise, Hester paved the way for Perfectly ADHD, a dynamic sibling venture to Perfectly Autistic which she co-founded with her autistic/ADHD husband Kelly.

Hester’s mission is crystal clear: to empower people to unlock their full potential through the magic of ADHD coaching, strategic coping skills, captivating workshops, and much more.

Hester's own diagnosis of ADHD at the age of 43 became the catalyst for her transformation. Since then she has coached over 150 hours and trained and spoke to organisations including Marks and Spencer, Mind, TUI, Sony Music, Organix, HM Courts and Tribunals and more. She has also written for publications including Huffington Post, Arabian Business, Evening Standard and Reader’s Digest, is a regular guest on BBC radio and leading podcasts, trained to become a certified ADHD coach and completed an NCFE Understanding Autism Level 2 qualification (equivalent of a GCSE) and ADHD Awareness Diploma. She is also mum to her two autistic/ADHD teens and wife to her autistic / ADHD husband Kelly.
